When on a forum or anything that has a textbox and the text exceeds the viewing limit, to which you have to scroll down to view...... Webkit doesn't scroll down if you use your mouse, IE: it scrolls the entire webpage, not the textbox alone. Hence, having to use the keyboard to navigate where you want to view. Can be very annoying after a while.....
